This is going to be warming-up of the workshop, but it will help making your poi spinning clean and balanced.Including..
Poi-chi Exercises ( Poi Body movement. Arm circle and Footwork) Plane Control, Rhythm Control, Transfers, Stalls, Changing the length of Poi, etc..
"Techniques"
Learning Poi tricks. Including, flowers, linear moves, floats, Catches and releases, spiral wraps, partner spiral wraps, etc..
And I will share the way how I make choreography at the very last part of workshop.
"Creating Poi Routine"
There are many way to create a routine, so this is just an example of mine. Following the way how I analyze music and adding moves into the music. I will also share the free music software which I have been use.

I will show the very basic of Magnetic Battons a.k.a iso sticks.beginning with basic exercises like, spinning, box, isolation, antispin. and making combinations.We go step by step and learning little by little. All the beginners are welcome to join.
